To facilitate the process of paying the tuition fees, the university initiated a relationship with Alinma Bank, so students can make their payments through the bank branches.

Withdrawal and Refund Tuition Policies:
For First and Second Semesters:
Dropping out before the first day of the semester, 95% of tuition fees will be refunded.
Dropping out in the first week of the semester, 80% of tuition fees will be refunded.
Dropping out in the second week of the semester, 65% of tuition fees will be refunded.
Dropping out in the third week of the semester, 50% of tuition fees will be refunded.
Dropping out in the fourth week of the semester, 25% of tuition fees will be refunded.
Dropping out in the fifth week of the semester, no tuition fees will be refunded.
For Summer Semester:
Dropping out before the first day of the semester, 95% of tuition fees will be refunded.
Dropping out on the first four days of the semester, 80% of tuition fees will be refunded.
Dropping out in the fifth day of the semester, 65% of tuition fees will be refunded.
Dropping out in the sixth day of the semester, 50% of tuition fees will be refunded.
Dropping out in the seventh day of the semester, 25% of tuition fees will be refunded.
Dropping out after the seventh day of the semester, no tuition fees will be refunded.
University Policies and Important Notices:
Tuition fees are set according to the student’s major subjects.
All tuition fees should be paid in full at the time of registration. Divided into two installments: one at the beginning of each semester. No division of installments is accepted.
The University of Prince Mugrin is entitled to suspend student services of those who did not pay their tuition fee in full or who did not commit to their payment plans. These services include (subjects’ registration, logging into the SIS system and obtaining the lecture timetable).
Student registration will not be official unless tuition fees agreed on with the financial department are paid in full.
The student enrolled in the (UPM) scholarship must sign a declaration of acceptance and commitment to the terms and conditions stated in the scholarship agreement.
Postponing your study should be applied before the beginning of the semester, whilst eliminating one subject or more, or dropping out from one subject or more should be after the semester begins.
If a student drops out completely or drops just one semester, tuition refund policies shall be applied.
Late registration fees are calculated starting the following day of the registration deadline date, in accordance with the academic calendar.
If a student pays his/her admission fees and does not enroll in the University for more than a year. He/ she should pay admission fees again.
Summer semester and visiting students’ tuition fees are calculated similarly to attending students’ fees. Thus, tuition refunds policies are applied.
