About the Deanship
The Deanship of Student Affairs, Admission, and Registration is one of the university's faculties, aiming to provide all necessary needs for students to enhance growth and development within educational frameworks and pathways. In this context, the deanship strives to provide the latest programs, activities, and events that contribute to building a conscious generation equipped with professional life requirements. All students enrolled in the preparatory year for the College of Computer and Cyber Sciences programs must achieve a cumulative GPA of no less than 2.5 out of 4.0 in the preparatory year to be admitted into the college’s programs.
Yes, a diploma graduate can apply to the University and request to transfer any courses that match those offered at Prince Mugrin bin Abdulaziz University. This will require meeting the following transfer conditions:
The student must submit a course equivalency request to the Admissions and Registration Department.
The student must have obtained a grade of "Good" or better in that course.
The course taken outside the university must be equivalent, at least 75%, in its content to one of the courses included in the graduation requirements.
The student will be granted a "Transfer" grade for the transferred courses.
The equivalency of courses taken by a student at two educational institutions simultaneously is not accepted.
The number of transferred and exempted hours must not exceed 40% of the total study plan credit hours.
