University faculty members including professors, associate professors, assistant professors, and lecturers who are actively teaching.

Criterion One
Quality and excellence in job performance (60%)
Criterion Two
Excellence in Curriculum and Course Development (15%)
Criterion Three
Outstanding Contribution to Community Service and Extracurricular Activities (10%)
Criterion Four
Outstanding Contribution to Research and Scientific Activities (5%)

The Prince Mansoor Bin Mugrin Award is granted to outstanding academic staff members who have achieved the highest rating according to each college (one award for each winner at the level of each college, and one award for the winner at the level of the Deanship of Educational Services), totaling four awards. If this condition is not met at the college level, the award is granted to those who have achieved a rating of 85% or higher.
