How much does a semester cost?

Can I come at any time to complete the admission procedures and join the scholarship? 
It is necessary to complete the admission procedures and pay the tuition fees before the start of the semester, noting that the scholarship seats are limited and priority is given to those who have completed the admission procedures and paid the fees.
Are the fees refundable if the student decides to withdraw from the semester?

When is the start and end date of registration? 
Registration starts on 06/15/2025 and ends on 08/30/2025
Are university admissions and scholarships for Saudis only? 
University admissions and scholarships for Saudis, non-Saudis, visitors and international students. To admit students at the University of Prince Mugrin, students should: Have high school diploma or its equivalent form the kingdom or abroad. Be physically fit. Not be dismissed from any other university for disciplinary reasons, otherwise, his/her admission will be revoked.
When does a student move to study the major? 
The student moves to study the major if he/she completes the preparatory year courses with the required grade or takes the IELTS test with a score of 5 or TOEFL with a score of 500 or equivalent. A.  Direct Admission to the academic programs:  1- IELTS or equivalent: Score 5.5 in IELTS for all academic programs, except International Hospitality Management 6.0. 2- TOEFL: IBT 35-45 for all programs. 60 IBT for International Hospitality Management. Paper-based 500 for all programs. Paper-based 550 for International Hospitality Management. 3- UPM Placement Test: (Oxford Online Placement Test) 7.   4- UPM Math and Computer placement tests: 70% and above. B.  Admission to Preparatory year program:  If the student does not meet the criteria for direct admission to the academic program, he must join the preparatory program, and if he meets the requirements for passing the preparatory program, he can begin studying in his academic major. Students are distributed among the academic programs after they pass the preparatory program at the university according to the specific capacity of each program and college and based on their wishes that they apply to the university. Required scores to Pass Preparatory year courses: 
1- English Language: 
C and above, or 70% and above. 
2- Mathematics: 
C and above, or 70% and above. 
3- Computer: 
D and above, or 60% and above. 
All students enrolled in the preparatory year for the College of Computer and Cyber Sciences programs must achieve a cumulative GPA of no less than 2.5 out of 4.0 in the preparatory year to be admitted into the college’s programs.
Can an equivalency be made for students transferred from other universities? 
Yes, and to submit equivalency requests, the transcript and course descriptions must be sent, stamped and certified by the university where the student studied, in pdf format through the electronic form, and it is required that the equivalency be submitted before the start of the semester
How many years of study at the university? 
The total number of years of study is 5 years (4 years of specialization + preparatory year)

Yes, there is admission for the second semester
Can I apply to the university while I am registered at another university? 
A student can apply to the university while he is registered in another university, and he must withdraw before starting his studies at Prince Muqrin bin Abdulaziz University.
Do I have the right to withdraw after confirming acceptance and paying fees? 
Yes, the student has the right to withdraw after confirming acceptance and paying fees, after submitting a release form from the university. The tuition fee refund policy applies to withdrawn students.
Do I have the right to apply for a bachelor's degree after completing the diploma? 
Yes, a diploma graduate has the right to apply to the university and equate the subjects that
